Dubai Property Market August 2026: Sales Slow, with Growth in Selected Areas
Dubai recorded 11,364 freehold sales worth AED 26.87 billion in August 2026. Transaction numbers declined 16.5% from July, while sales value fell 17.9%. Business Bay recorded higher sales value despite fewer transactions, and Al Yufrah 1 saw growth concentrated in specific projects.

تعداد معاملات فروش املاک آماده در ماه ژوئیه ۱۳٫۸٪ و ارزش ثبتشده آنها ۱۶٫۹٪ افزایش یافت. مجموع معاملات فروش املاک با مالکیت آزاد نیز در مقایسه با ژوئن، از نظر تعداد ۱٫۳٪ و از نظر ارزش ۳٫۹٪ رشد کرد. جمیرا ویلج سرکل و داونتاون جبل علی رشد بیشتری را ثبت کردند.

Dubai Real Estate July 2026: Ready Sales Gain Momentum as the Market Stabilizes
Ready-property sales increased 13.8% in July, while their recorded value rose 16.9%. Overall freehold sales increased 1.3% in number and 3.9% in value compared with June, with Jumeirah Village Circle and Downtown Jabal Ali recording stronger growth.

دبی در نیمه نخست سال ۲۰۲۶، تعداد ۸۳٬۶۲۲ معامله فروش املاک با مالکیت آزاد به ارزش ۲۷۵٫۲۹ میلیارد درهم ثبت کرد. فعالیت بازار در سهماهه دوم کاهش یافت، اما در ژوئن بهبود پیدا کرد. املاک پیشفروش از نظر تعداد معاملات پیشتاز بودند، در حالی که ارزش معاملات تقریباً بهطور برابر میان املاک پیشفروش و آماده تقسیم شد.

Dubai Property Market H1 2026: Q2 Sales Slow, Followed by a June Recovery
Dubai recorded 83,622 freehold sales worth AED 275.29 billion in the first half of 2026. Activity declined in the second quarter, before recovering in June. Off-plan property led transaction numbers, while sales value was almost evenly divided between off-plan and ready property.
